What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our products get shipped by DHL and PostNL. Depending on your location, shipment happens by car, ship or plane.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship Internationally.
However, if your region doesn’t show up, hit us with a message and we’ll fix a shipment, tailored just for you!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

European orders will take up to max 7 days, depending on your location. I.e. German customers will most likely receive their orders in 2 or 3 days, but Lithuanian customers will have to wait up to 5 days.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We only deliver our products to your, as submitted during check-out, address. We don’t offer ‘Parcel Pickups’.
You’ll receive a Track and Trace code when DHL/PostNL gets their hands on the package and your signature is needed to complete the delivery.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments through Paypal, iDeal, Mister Cash and Creditcard.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

With a so called ‘SSL Certificate’, shopping online and submitting sensitive/personal information is completely safe.
A green bar or key lock can be seen in front of the website’s url. This means you won’t have to worry about a thing!

How do I place an Order?

Shop till you drop and proceed to check out. After submitting your details, choose a payment option and after payment succeeds, we’ll start preparing your package!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

After you order, it normally takes us up to 2 days to send it. During that time, the status shown in My Account will say ‘On Hold’ and ‘Processing’.
When we handed over the package to DHL/PostNL the status will change to ‘Completed’ which means we can’t cancel or change your order anymore.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. But with an account you won’t have to fill in all the details with your next order. Also, you can keep better track of all your orders at once.

How Do I Track My Order?

Go to My Account and fill in the order number shown on the confirmation e-mail you received after checking out. The status of the order will tell you in what stage of delivery your package is.
